Transparency in The Supreme Court Appointment of Attorneys to Practice Law

This Petition is an Expose' of the Corruption in the Legal System and a plea for the Injunction and ratification of process to control the legal system.
1. The process currently used is that under the guise of self regulation, Barr applicants are chosen to practice law by a committee of the Bar examiners with no oversight by the Supreme Court, which is a violation of the United States Constitution.
2.  Through the Bar membership process, these applicants are allowed to practice law as long as they are obedient to the Supreme Courts wishes.  See Florida Bar watch.com, and JAIL4Judges.com.
3.  The applicants that show promise of non-submission are weeded out of the system by not allowing them to practice law.
4.  These applicants will finally stop applying to take the Bar through attrition.
5.  There are millions of dollars funneled into the into the Court's controlling ability to further corrupt the system.
6. The Courts are answerable to no-one but Congress, which this Petition is the focus of.
7. Conclusion:  The Supreme Courts have a lock on the Judicial system as a self regulated Organization. This type of bifurcation of the Supreme Court is Prohibited by the United States Constitution. Thousands of applicants are being denied their right to practice their profession while being saddled with a federal loan debt that binds the applicant from further pursuing a viable career.  The only Branch that has control over this Organization is Congress, which to date has not done anything to halt the travesty.
