trigger a dog killed behind no proof

this poor dog was taken into the woods had his throat slashed left for dead and then after his life was saved the local humane society  killed him with out this dog having his day in court.he was never temperment testing and there was never any hospital reports of the bite. we the tax payers want those held responable for his death held accountable starting with the dog warden the owners and the harrisburg himane society
