Bahamian swimming pigs suffering abuse/death

Last year seven pigs died from food poisoning. Tourists are giving them beer, rum, and ride on them. Trip Advisor stated it would stop selling tours to this event. There remain only about 15 pigs that need to be protected and possibly listed as endangered. The National Marine Fisheries Service has also suggested a ban. Do not promote tours to see the pigs on the island of Big Major Cay.
