Save the dogs that live in confined space where there's 5 or more in a trailer of 32""

We know a man I guess you can say these animals are suffering there's 9 small dogs living in confined space a trailer say 32" inches long. I was bitten by one of them . I love dogs and it's sad to see this kind of treatment going on. I was gonna get a lawyer and push the issue but I don't have the heart to do it I even offered to take one or two of them off his hands but he won't do it. The bite healed well thank god somebody needs to go and take them out of his care.
