RELEASE ARTURO, THE POLAR BEAR, TO A SANCTUARY!

Please release Arturo, the polar bear! For the sake of his health and well being he needs to be relocated to a sanctuary. Polar bears like him are also not adapted to hot temperatures like yours, especially in the summer. Every day is a day that he must needlessly suffer for the pointless "entertainment" of a few. Do the right thing and free this beatiful animal before it's too late! Now that your country is being represented in the World Cup Finals, many eyes will be watching and awaiting your decision.
