Donald Trump owes $454 million from his NY civil fraud case and he is not paying it. The court even accepted his request to pay a lower bond of $175 million during an appeal, but that bond was rejected when it turned out to not be a real payment from a real backer, just a glorified "IOU" from Trump. Enough is enough.

Trump and his campaign are sending out hyperbolic statements, shouting "hands off" Trump Tower. We should not give in to his demands.
Trump has boasted of his wealth for decades and it's time for him to pay up. Anyone else in this position would be forced to pay, and to sell assets to get the money, and Trump should not get special treatment.
And if that includes seizing Trump's stake in Trump Tower, we can't think of a better way to make Trump pay for his years of lies, deceit, and fraud. And if Attorney General James chooses to do that, we will stand with her.
