January 5th my younger sister, little cousin and there friend were walking my dog bella ,They were coming from the river and took a short cut back home which was the train tracks , while walking bella ran into a mans back yard (his gate is broken) and came right back out when they had called her name ,he than shot her in the ribs when she was out of his yard (only inches away from my relatives) and Bella dopped instantly! 

My cousin than ran up, picked up Bella and ran with her all the way to Veterans Park - all while Bella was bleeding way too much to save her. She than passed away under the gazebo.

Not only am i upset because of my dog being killed, but he also he put my younger relatives in danger - what if he would have shot one of them!? I just dont think it's right - Is it just me?!

He allegedly shot her for "killing one of of his chickens" but there was no dead chicken anywhere around!

We have been to the police station to check up on our case and they had put our case name as a "dog bite"...

Bella has been here for everyone and everything. She meant so much to me because she was all I had left of my Mom who also passed away this month, 5 years ago. I want justice for my dog and that's what I'm going to GET!!
