Demand to reverse the change of allowing hunters to kill animals in hibernation, nor chase by air

They have just give the green light to hunt animals while they are hibernating, even chase them in the air. These include mothers with babies, its sick to see it being approved. Please help to reverse the discussion and better yet hope fines and jail time can be added. No animal should be afraid to sleep
