NATIONAL FORUM AND PETITION FOR VAPE/ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE.

vape has been under attack for no reason while in actual fact it is safe and can be benefit many smokers who finally can stop smoking. Vape only contained nicotine and no tar as in cigarette.
Vape can be regulated based on poison act but should not be banned.Vape can be used as Harm Reduction Program to those who has difficulty with nicotine addiction.
