The dog in the photo was wailing on the streets of Manilla when he was run over on purpose by an SUV-type vehicle. The dog was unable to walk because of the pain resulted after the collision.
Several concerned passers-by went to confront the inconsiderate driver (also the owner of the dog) who did not seem to care too much about the fate of his best friend. He claims that the dog was hit because he was underneath the vehicle. Witnesses replied that it was his duty to ensure the safety of the dog. The driver claimed that they were causing traffic jam and thus decided to leave behind the poor dog.
Show your support to ensure authorities are on top of this case and will bring this heartless owner to justice. They have his face and the car’s license plate. There is no excuse for not taking action! This man cannot get away with it!
There are lots of stray dogs here having the same issues. Whats the use of making animal laws if not implemented. PHILIPPINE GOVERMENT AND FILIPINOS, please consider to make animals also your priority. They are humans like us. Please dont neglect animal rights!
What's the use of the animal laws in the Philippines if not implemented?!!! Isn't this considered as animal abuse or abandoning or neglect for the dogs condition?
