After noticing unusual bruises on his baby daughter and odd limping, Eric Kamanzi secretly instals CCTV to monitor house activity, and captures the following events. The nanny you see in the video is 22 year old Jolly Tumuhairwe who is seen force-feeding the girl, slapping her in the face, kicking the baby in the stomach, stomping on her back, and beating her violently with a heavy object.

What we know so far is that she's already been arrested and charged - file number CRB1346/14. The case has already been investigated and registered at Kiira Road Police station. Following arrest and then arraignment in Nakawa court on November 20, 2014.

Under the Anti-Torture Act, Section 3, her current charges carry a maximum sentence of 15 years. Authorities, however, are currently seeking to amend the charge with the DPP's consent to Attempted Murder. She is currently in custody at Luzira Prison, and is scheduled to reappear in court on December 8, 2014.
