Justice for Rio

As said in this video by Tomo News, a dog went missing from his home, and the next day the family found the Siberian husky hanging, gutted on their fence. Someone had found Rio and tortured him by cutting him and gutting him. The person then hung the husky on the owners fence.
It is crucial that we find who did this, because if they are capable of hurting an innocent animal they are just as capable to kill a human.
