Prison sentence for all murderers of humans and animals

Every day we hear, read or see untold evil committed upon the helpless, be they humans or animals and birds. In many cases the perpetrators get away with little more than a slap on the wrist if their victims are not human. It's about time they faced a murder charge, regardless, and that the length of the sentence reflected the full horror the victim was forced to endure.
