Put an end to the plastic bag problem! Choose one type of plastic film!

Plastic bags are, as we all know, a contamination problem.

In most states they are not being recycled or properly disposed. In NY state they added bins to supermarkets. Few people know about the program, fewer actually collect their bags and take them there and nobody knows what happens to the bags afterwards.


The fact that bags are made of different type of plastics is a problem in the first place. Choose one type of plastic film and stick with it; even for packaging. Also, make it mandatorily to recycle them in every household.
Because they would be made from just one type of plastic, they'd be compacted and fused together, and then treated as any other recyclable.
