People should sign if History matters. If we want to keep connected to our roots the future generation. If you consider that Allama Iqbal played a pivotal rode in the development of Pakistan then you will want to sign it. If you care for the betterment of Pakistan then you too will also sign it. What has changed since 1977? History should be preserved more strongly than ever now.
