Demand landlords install Carbon Monoxide Detectors in Missouri

Under current Missorui state statute, Missouri landlords do not have to install or maintain carbon monoxide detectors in rental units. In addition, landlords are under no obligation to disclose potential carbon monoxide sources to prospective tenants, or to provide maintenance records on heaters.
By signing this petition, you are joining the fight to protect Missouri families from this silent killer. Carbon monoxide deaths are entirely preventable.
