End The Drug Use In The Homeless Shelter's of New York in the United States now!!

Homeless people that are placed in homeless shelter's by the Department of social services have a housing first policy which gives drug addicts a green light to use drugs in the homeless shelter's that if they are not caught by staff monitors using drugs even though there is evidence in front of there face nothing is done about it in the United States in New York State in Suffolk County Such as the Beacon House's are subjected to be surrounded by drug addicts using drugs in the homeless shelter's causing a contact reaction which has already caused some people to be hospitalized due to the contact from the drugs being smoked in the beacon house shelter's causing people to have hallucinations making their blood pressure high almost causing them to have a hear attack that they are being rushed into the hospital by ambulance. Some people placed in these shelters have disabilities and health conditions like the heart condition for example and mental health that are the elderly and middle aged placed with young adults that are drug addicts. Because they are shelters such as a known one the Beacon house shelter (U.V.B.H. ) some for veterans and some for the homeless which are shelters.
