Update #5 Request justice for Xena, gutted by her owner

HERE IS THE FULL UPDATE I RECEIVED:

The case has been continued again, until 6/14/13. The defendant has still not been indicted in Superior Court, this remains in the Gloucester MA District Court. John Dugan remains in jail.  Thank you all for your ongoing support.
