Claim strongest justice for the dog tied on a tractor and dragged to death

A man tied a dog and dragged him to death on a road close to a town Nis in South Serbia. People who witnessed it were horrified and called the police who found the man and raised criminal charges for animal torture. Animal protection laws do exist in Serbia but they are not harsh enough to set a proper example and to prevent this kind of horror happening again. It is of paramount importance to draw the fullest attention of the widest public and put the strongest media preassure so that the punishments for animal cruelty mirror the horror of the crime. People in Serbia are animal loving and they need all suport they can get.
