reinstate the ban on the horn trade in south Africa

in south Africa the ban on trade of rhino horns has been lifted and now one can take horns from rhinos as they please rhinos in that area are a endangered species and might be extinct
many people have risked there lives to save rhinos and its all going to be for nothing since rhinos might be on day extinct
