Stop boy racer's speeding down our street.. deaf child plays out (supervised) I

I am asking people to sign this petition for speed bumps down our street (Harold street) as the children play out after school and on holidays/weekends. the children have to be supervised at all times as we have boy racers down the street speeding up and down and they don't even slow down for the children if they need to cross the road. we also have a deaf child which is my niece who also plays out, you can get through to Harold Street 4 different ways my niece has to be supervised because she can't play out without anybody with her as the street are dangerous .
