demand charges filed for poisoning our. dogs

Our 2 dogs were fed rat poison by our neighbor Jeff vlieland throwing food laced with rat poison to our dogs intentionally I witnessed him do this our vet confirmed rat poison in our dogs vomit the neighbor Jeff vlieland of Hungry horse Montana had threatened to poison them many times before this the flathead county sheriff's department knows this from our reports they claim there's no proof to charge him even though I witnessed this and our vet confirmed this and our dogs now have to take 4 tablets twice a day for 1 full month to counteract the poison and the neighbors are laughing about getting away with it and threatened to poison them again or shoot them for no reason as they have never bothered any one and don't bark excessive they refuse to charge him,please sign this petition to give them a voice and get the justice they deserve and to keep this from happening again
