Stop New York NYCACC shelter from daily killing healthy young adoptable dogs and cats

At NYCACC, an animal shelter in New York, they are daily killing completely healthy, young and totally adoptable dogs and cats. Major Bill de Blasio promised shelters would be no-kill in NY, but us, the Dog Lovers, Animal Lovers, who follow the situation know that this promise is not being kept, and that NYCACC is killing absolutely every single day. It is heartbreaking to see wonderful dogs and cats which have already been neglected or suffered a rejection, are moreover being treated as a simple number, with no love, no care, and to be put on "Kill list", with no hope to be saved and to have the "happy ending" as they all deserve, with a loveable family who will fill their hearts with the light and warmth they never had. New York has many other no-kill shelters, non-profit, with wonderful people who do care for Animal Rights and their welfare, and they deserve our help, and ever more important, the Major's and City Council support. NYCACC must either be obliged to turn into no-kill, or even better to be shut down completely
