tougher sentences 5yrs and no parole for those who cause cruelty and suffering toward animals

there needs to be this sentence for the cruelty and suffering inflicted toward wild...domesticated..farm animals and sea life..this sentence may help deter those who find it in themselves to inflict this cruelty and suffering...we need to make a stand against this cruelty suffering for the sake of animals who cannot voice how much pain and fear they suffer at human hand...we need to stand united and be the voice.they do mot possess...
