Fur Protection

There are too many animals abused in our society on a daily basis. It’s time we create a National Animal Abusers database. When anyone is convicted of abusing, neglecting or otherwise harming any animal; they should be placed in this database. Once their name appears on this list, they would be denied ownership of another animal. They would also have to register as a known animal abuser. The same process we follow for sex offenders; should be strictly enforced for animal abusers.
