We demand that the city council in Portland Maine end the $13.50 Trash Bag Rip-off.

We the people of Portland Maine are sick and tired of paying $13.50 for a package of 5 or 10 of the low quality city trash bags. We demand that the Portland City Council end this program immediately and let us use the cheap ones from the grocery store.
