Demand laws to protect cat's, kitten's from abuse, neglect, cruelty's, abandoned, etc!

To many cat's are being abused, neglected an being abandoned being left to fend for them selfs outside with no shelter's at all over the world, especially here in the United States of America! Please help to take actions on this and take a stand!
