In Ballyagran, Limerick, a person out walking their dog last week made a very gruesome discovery. SIX GREYHOUNDS had been SHOT and THROWN into an abandoned quarry as if they were rubbish!!! PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION TO BAN GREYHOUND RACING IN IRELAND FULL STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!! LET'S GET JUSTICE FOR THESE DOGS WHO DIED SO AGONISINGLY IN THEIR LAST MOMENTS!!!!!!!
Gardaí were contacted by Limerick Animal Welfare when "LIMERICK ANIMAL WELFARE" received a phone call to say, a number of greyhounds had been discovered dead and dumped in the outskirts of a small County Limerick village. On investigation of the site, accompanied by the Gardaí, at a disused quarry about 40 kilometres south east of Limerick City. The bodies of the dogs were discovered in various stages of decay and were unburied.
