The New York State ATTORNEY GENERAL has declared That Fantasy Sport Sites like Fanduel and Draftkings are criminal and breaks the Law of Gambling. They are wrong and if this is Gambling , then so is Lottery. It doesnt take a genius to realized that paying money to thousands of NY State Lottery venues, are more of a Gambling Issue than these sites are. The Law is obscure and is being used to force Fanduel and Draftkings out of New York. If you Love sports and play Fantasy Sports , you should sign this petition immediate to send a message to the AG office that it is we the people that they work for. Next thing they will try and regulate is your office pools in the NCAA tournaments, isn't that considered gambling? So stand up for your freedom to spend your money without some political process meant to take away personal freedoms while the STATE does the same with a 1 in a billion gamble that you will win the Lottery.
