Have chickens raised in South Milwaukee today!

I wish to have chickens in South Milwaukee for many reasons. First of all this will help economic value from people selling chickens and chicken eggs. This will make South Milwaukee a richer city. Having chickens in South Milwaukee can also be used for educational purposes. Small children in the city can learn about how to care for animals and the miracle of birth.
