TURN PRISONS INTO NO KILL ANIMAL SHELTERS

If someone is guilty of a crime they should be put to death immediately. Animals should not be killed for being born and abandoned. Death row for animals should never exist. People sitting on death row for murder is saying it is ok to hurt families and you get to sit in jail for 2 life sentences. Please think about it! I'm not looking for people to turn this into some political stage. This petition is for exactly what it says.
