Stop promoting captive dolphin encounters in St Thomas

Coral World built a swim with dolphins enclosure in Water Bay St Thomas where often times the water is not safe to swim or fish. Coral World patrons will be at risk of contracting skin and respiratory infections as well as deadly diseases.  As the tourism commissioner please put the safety of our locals and tourists above the desire of Coral World to open a dolphinarium.  Enforce strict regulations to inform the public about the safety of swimming in Water Bay.
