    Oil storage tanks will have severe NEGATIVE effect on Ormond Beach.
    1- Pollute the air, the soil and the lakes
    2- Potential spill that disastrous to the soil and underground water.
    3 - Within 1-2 Miles from residential communities like Ormond Creek and Village and the sports Complex.
    4- Traffic and noise of 119 trucks/ day
    5- Potential devastating fire that will be catastrophic to the entire community
    6- Property value will drop and home owners will lose their life savings.
