Arrest Sunder the Elephant's Abusers!

Sunder the elephant has been badly abused by his custodians. Video evidence shows brutal beatings, and veterinary examinations showed that he was severely wounded and chained so tightly that he couldn't lay down. Now, we are protesting for strict legal action and arrest of all abusers, as well as replacement of toothless animal welfare legislation in India.
