Ban Online Sales & Free to Good Homes of Domestic Animals

Selling - advertising domestic animals online on advertising sites and social sites should be banned. There are no safeguards these animals will go to good homes. The chances are they could (especially free to good home) be going to be used in dog fighting as bait, going to someone who wants to abuse them.
