Animals are people too

So many animals are abused each day. And guess what... If any of those monsters (the abusers) kill the animals the max amount of years thy get is only 1-2 years of jail time in Michigan. Me and my Companion would like to try to persuaded the state of Michigan to raise the penalty I hope you would support us.
