Speak for this dolphin that died

This dolphin died of a collapsed lung. It was lifted out of the water by these callous people and subsequently died. The people that were attempting to assist the dolphin were hindered by these people that posed with the suffering dolphin. 
We ask that the Chinese environment prosecutes these people to the full extent of the law.

please take action against these people that callously posed in the photo with a suffering animal. We respectfully request that these people be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
