Sever punishment for Brazilian Motorcyclist for torturing innocent pooch

On September 21 on Avenida Brasília, in Bairro Novo Horizonte in Brazil this callous sicko was filmed dragging an innocent dog behind his motorcyle. Tell officials to investigate this case thoroughly and put the fool behind bars for life. Full story and full sized photo here
