Stop Dog and Cat Trafficking Online Web Sites

Dogs and Cats are being trafficked, transferred and sold across the U.S. using online marketing systems by advertised 'rescues' that are looking for donations, and then using deceptive practices to sell animals for research. Utah and other states allow dogs and cats to be released without any accountability or tracking of unadoptable animals after 5 days -- who is looking out for these dogs and cats? There needs to be protection for animals being transferred to an unknown number of locations (across State lines). Contact your local council members regarding the issues.
