Tell Riverside County Animal Control to STOP harassing pet owners with $400 fines!

Riverside County Animal Control offers nothing of value to a community of low income pet owners that need financial assistance to spay / neuter, microchip and license their dogs.

Directing its resources to canvass our neighborhoods, blowing whistles, peering over fences, and leaving citations (up to $1200) on doorstops is not help – it’s harassment.

Clearly, their intention is to create a new source of revenue and punish those unable to pay these outrageous fines.

It’s the responsibility of all city council members that have signed contacts with Riverside County Animal Control to protect its citizens against these overly aggressive measures and punitive citations endorsed by the Director of Animal Control, Robert Miller.
