Boy split puppy in half!!!

This young man decided to entertain himself and friends by splitting a puppy open with a knife!!! This is disgusting behavior not to mention disturbing knowing that most serial rapists/killers started their reign of terror by mutilating animals. He shouldn't be able to get away with this. He needs to go to jail.
