These must be liberal states that allow people to leave dogs in cars in summer.

I can't believe any state would let people leave dogs in a car in the summer. Don't they know how hot it gets in these cars?? What is wrong with these people. Something needs to be done about this, I'm not politician so I don't know how to proceed. But I would like to put them in a hot car all damn day and hope they die.
