ban tattooing on animals

Tattooing is painful and cruel to animal! Animals suffer termendously for many days even weeks till the tattoo heals completely also anesthesia can be dangerous and may lead to death or other complications. Animals rights should be protected and not violated in any way. Please sign to help stop this horrific painful act on animals and ban it worldwide.
