Make fishing companies responsible for discarded nets - CODE NETS NOW!

Fishing nets are being discarded in oceans at an alarming rate. Animals are caught up in horrible ways and due brutal deaths. Plants and sea beds also suffer.
Companies using fishing nets (all sizes) should be made responsible. If they discard in the sea in on the beach they should be fined.
This petition requests all countries to make a universal Code System to tag nets so those corporates and industrial fishing firms can be fined and charged high!!
