Take the UK National Lottery away from Fat Cats Camelot and run it for the NHS

The national lottery should benefit all and although it does support many varied worthy causes, it also puts money into the pockets of private shareholders. The national lottery could be run by a not for profit organisation and the money generated used to fund the NHS in addition to the other worthy causes. For example, 50% to the NHS and 50% to the other types of causes currently supported. The money gained from taking it from shareholders would go a long way towards making up the 50% to be taken for the NHS and this would benefit all.
