College students must sign a commitment to protect their lives by protecting the planet.

    President Johnson did not run for another term as president largely because a generation of college students had been activated by the prospect of going to a meaningless war in Vietnam. The prospect of such a massive and articulate demonstration led him to reconsider running. We are now faced with a pending apocalypse that will end civilization. Cannot we mobilize mobilize in the same way to restore climate/ecological consequences?
