Demand an end handing out live animals as a prize!

I was playing a game at a carnival because I saw that the prize was a fish. Even though I have no experience taking care of a fish, I played because my heart went out to the poor guy whom I thankfully won. But I was not given any instructions on how to care for him. Thankfully I have relatives who know. It breaks my heart that the only way that these guys find a home is through a game. I want this to be illegal
