Stop the massacre of homeless dogs !

We organize this petition hoping to settle once and for all this tragic problem.
In the last 3-4 years in capital city of Moldova, Chisinau, at least twice a year in the sight of people, all homeless dogs are poisoned and that is happening in the playgrounds of children, where those dogs use to live their peaceful life.
It is an inhumane and incompetent solution wich does not solve the problem.
Setting up shelters and provide medical assistance - sterilization, that is a real solution!!!
We ask to be adopted law on animal protection in Moldova!!!!
