Blue street lights

What is happening in the U.S.A with all the crimes and suicides is devestating to me. I think that if we were to put blue lights up in street lights instead of normal light bulbs we would have a significant decrease in suicide rates as well as crime rates. I am concerned about the health of peers all around me and would love to help in making a difference arount the world. I want anyone who has a loving or caring heart to please sign my petition and help everyone around become healthier in a small way.
