Senate joint resolution 18

Senate joint resolution 18 allows the inhumane trapping, and hunting of potential hibernating animals in Alaska. This recently passed with a 52 to 47 vote, it is fundamentally and ethically wrong to allow this type of animal slaughtering to occur.
